freddy is an official plugin in ChatGPT. Connect it once and ChatGPT can answer questions about your sleep, training, heart rate and other health data in any chat. You connect it in the ChatGPT app.
Before you start
You need a freddy account (sign up free at freddy.coach) and at least one connected source. See Choose and connect a data source.
1. Open freddy in ChatGPT
Open the freddy plugin page in ChatGPT and select Connect. There is no URL to paste and no key to copy.
2. Sign in to freddy
freddy's authorization page opens. Sign in with your freddy email code if needed, review any required Terms, Privacy and Consumer Health Data consent, then approve ChatGPT's access. If asked, enter your sign-in code on freddy's page, never in the chat.
3. Ask about your data
In any chat, type @freddy or pick freddy from the + menu. Then ask: “What data is available in my freddy account?” After that, try “How did I sleep last night?” or “Show me my last five workouts.”
What ChatGPT can do
From a chat you can:
- Ask about your data across all your connected sources.
- Sync a source.
- Connect or disconnect a source.

OpenAI dots
A dot uses the plugins you connect in ChatGPT, so freddy is ready in your dot too. See Connect freddy to OpenAI dots.
Manage access
Disconnect freddy in ChatGPT. You can also revoke ChatGPT's access in freddy under Connected AI. Revoking it stops access at once, for ChatGPT and for your dot.
If setup does not work
Connected to the wrong freddy account. Look at “Signed in as” on the freddy page that opens when you connect. If it shows the wrong email, select Use another account, sign in with the right one, and approve. Your other account still lists ChatGPT under Connected AI until you remove it there.
ChatGPT keeps asking me to sign in. ChatGPT's sign-in with freddy may have expired. Disconnect freddy in ChatGPT, then connect it again from the freddy plugin page.
ChatGPT finds no data. Check that a source is connected and synced in your freddy dashboard. A new connection can take a while to bring in your history, so give it some time and check again.
Free plan limits. Free includes 1 source and shows 7 days of history. Pro is $49 a year, with full history and no source limit. Believer is $249 once, for lifetime Pro.
Data privacy. freddy reads your health data with the access you approve. We do not share or sell it. See the Privacy Policy for the full details.
Never paste a key or sign-in code into a chat. If it still fails, contact freddy support with the error text, without sending a code or token.
