Delete your account

You can delete your freddy account at any time. Deleting your account signs you out and removes your freddy data. It can't be undone.

What happens next

When you confirm, you're signed out and we remove your freddy data, including:

• your account record (your email and profile),
• every connected data source and all of its stored health and training metrics,
• your personal MCP URL and its token.

If you want a copy of your data, export it before you delete. Open Settings on your dashboard and use the export option there.

Delete from the freddy app (iOS and Android)

1. Open the freddy app and sign in.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Scroll to Delete account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account and confirm.

You're then signed out of the app.

Delete from the dashboard (web)

1. Sign in at freddy.coach.
2. Open Settings.
3. In the Delete account section, type DELETE to confirm, then select Delete account.

Delete by email

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will delete your account and your freddy data.
