The Ultrahuman Ring AIR measures sleep stages, HRV, recovery, resting heart rate, skin temperature, and VO2 max with no subscription, and the M1 biosensor adds continuous glucose.

Gemini's custom apps need Gemini Spark, which comes with Google AI Pro or Ultra, and are US and English only.

What you can do with Ultrahuman data in Gemini

  • Ask Gemini how your Ultrahuman temperature changed this week
  • Have Gemini summarize your Ultrahuman glucose
  • Ask Gemini how your Ultrahuman sleep changed this week
  • Have Gemini summarize your Ultrahuman HRV
  • Ask Gemini how your Ultrahuman recovery changed this week

Set up in a few steps

See the full Gemini guide

  1. On your computer, open gemini.google.com, then Settings & help, then Connected Apps.
  2. Under Custom apps for Spark, choose Add a custom app.
  3. Enter your freddy MCP URL and click Next. freddy registers itself, so you should not need to enter anything under Advanced features.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize the connection, then confirm Ultrahuman is connected on the freddy dashboard.
  5. Ask Gemini about your Ultrahuman data. Gemini asks you to confirm anything that writes, like starting a sync.

freddy is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Gemini.
