Connect Concept2 to Hark

Updated

On this page
+

Concept2 logs your rowing, ski, and bike erg workouts with distance, pace, and stroke rate.

Experimental. Hark does not document a way to add your own MCP server yet, so this may not work today.

What you can do with Concept2 data in Hark

  • Ask Hark about your Concept2 workouts
  • Have Hark summarize your Concept2 distance
  • Ask Hark about your Concept2 pace
  • Have Hark summarize your Concept2 stroke rate

Set up in a few steps

See the full Hark guide

  1. Look in Hark's settings for a place to add an MCP server. If it is not there, freddy cannot be added to Hark yet.
  2. If you find it, add a server named freddy with the URL https://freddy.coach/mcp, and sign in with OAuth if Hark offers it.
  3. If Hark only accepts a key, use your direct URL and MCP key from the AI apps page in freddy instead.
  4. Confirm Concept2 is connected on the freddy dashboard.
  5. Ask Hark about your Concept2 data.

freddy is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hark.
