Manus is a general AI agent. You can add freddy as a custom MCP server, so Manus can answer questions about your sleep, workouts and heart rate.
Before you start
You need a freddy account, at least one connected source, and a Manus account. See Choose and connect a data source.
1. Open custom MCP servers
In Manus, open Connectors, choose Create, then Add MCP by URL.
2. Enter freddy's address
Enter these:
- Name: freddy
- Server URL: https://freddy.coach/mcp
If Manus opens a sign-in, approve on freddy's authorization page after signing in with your email code, and skip the rest of this step.
If Manus asks for a credential instead, such as an API key or bearer token, use your direct URL and MCP key instead. Copy both from the Your direct URL card on the AI apps page. Enter the direct URL as the server URL and the key as a bearer token. See Your direct URL and MCP key. Treat the key like a password. It gives full access to your account and cannot be narrowed.
3. Ask about your data
Start a task and ask: “What data is available in my freddy account?” Then try “How did I sleep last night?”
Manage access
Remove the server in Manus to disconnect. If you signed in, revoke the grant in freddy under Connected AI. If you used your MCP key, rotate it on the AI apps page and the old key stops working at once.
If setup does not work
Check that the server URL is exactly https://freddy.coach/mcp, or your full direct URL if you used the key. Do not paste a key or email code into a Manus chat. If it still fails, contact freddy support with the error text, without sending a code or token.
