Updated

+

Lyfta logs your strength training: every workout, set, and total volume, plus your best lift and estimated one-rep max for each exercise.

Experimental. Hark does not document a way to add your own MCP server yet, so this may not work today.

What you can do with Lyfta data in Hark

  • Ask Hark about your Lyfta workouts
  • Have Hark summarize your Lyfta reps
  • Ask Hark about your Lyfta volume
  • Have Hark summarize your Lyfta weight

Set up in a few steps

See the full Hark guide

  1. Look in Hark's settings for a place to add an MCP server. If it is not there, freddy cannot be added to Hark yet.
  2. If you find it, add a server named freddy with the URL https://freddy.coach/mcp, and sign in with OAuth if Hark offers it.
  3. If Hark only accepts a key, use your direct URL and MCP key from the AI apps page in freddy instead.
  4. Confirm Lyfta is connected on the freddy dashboard.
  5. Ask Hark about your Lyfta data.

freddy is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hark.
