Set up in a few steps

1. Open the freddy app page in ChatGPT, select Connect, then sign in to freddy and approve access.
2. Open your dot and turn freddy on in its plugins. A dot uses the plugins you connect in ChatGPT.
3. Confirm Runalyze is connected on the freddy dashboard.
4. Ask your dot about your Runalyze data.
